Exchange, Returns and Refunds
Did you buy a product here at True Racing and love the product? We were super happy! But if by chance you want to exchange or return it, here we explain to you blow by blow how it works! We respect our customer, and we always want you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we have an exchange and returns policy that respects the consumer's right!

Any product returned without this notice or after the deadline will be returned without prior consultation.
The deadline for giving up the purchase and requesting the return of the product is up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The deadline for exchange is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If you have received a product with manufacturing defect (we work so that this never happens, but unforeseen events occur) let us know through our E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org informing the product and the defect.
The deadline for replacement due to manufacturing defect is 3 calendar days from the date of receipt
Requests after this deadline will not be accepted.
The product must be shipped in the original packaging.
The part must not have been used and cannot contain damage caused by the customer.
We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel, exchange or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse. True Racing can then send the product back to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the refusal.
In the case of a return, the refund will be made for the total value of the product(s) returned, adding the value of the return freight paid by the customer (presenting the mail note by e-mail), in the within 15 working days.
In case of exchange, having all conditions fulfilled, True Racing will ship the chosen product within 7 working days. The shipping amount paid for the return will be refunded or credited for a next purchase.
We do not exchange products for store credits. Every product must be exchanged for another product.

Estimated Date for Manufacturing and Delivery
The manufacturing period for the products is up to 10 working days.
We use the Post Office as a delivery service, so the delivery time may vary according to the customer's region.
We recommend that you check the status of your order.
If the delivery is not completed, there will be two more attempts in a row.
The product will be returned to us if delivery attempts fail.
